Available payment methods:

• Cash payment - when collecting goods from the store.
• Cash on delivery - payment for the goods upon receipt at the carrier company branch. In this case, the carrier charges an additional fee for returning the money, and this fee is paid by the buyer.
• Prepayment - full payment for the goods by bank card before shipment by the carrier or courier delivery.

Delivery

The online store delivers goods throughout Ukraine using Nova Poshta transport services. Pickup from the store is also available.

Incorrectly specified full name, phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may delay shipment. Please carefully check your personal details during registration and checkout.

Goods ordered on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday or the following business days. Delivery time depends on the order time, stock availability, and order confirmation by a sales specialist:

• if the order is placed and confirmed by a sales specialist before 16:00 on the current business day, the goods will be shipped on the same business day;
• if the order is placed and confirmed by a sales specialist after 16:00 on the current business day, the goods will be shipped on the next business day.

After shipment, the buyer will be informed of the carrier consignment note number.
